My Jeep was in for recall work. The job was done in only a few hours well before it was scheduled to be ready. I was very pleased with my overall experience.
They did my oil change very fast and told me the status of things like tires/brakes and air filters without trying to get me to pay extra for things I didn’t need changed. 10/10!
It was quick and worth it! It was quick and fixed what needed fixed and help me with questions with my warranty. When my warranty didn't cover the paint issue they helped me with a local business that fixed it up for me that day!
My Dodge Hornet had electrical/computer issues and the service guys were extremely helpful in arranging getting me from Auburn to Kendallville for a rental vehicle!!
I needed to have a radio pre-programmed. I got an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, and the service was performed quickly, and at the cost provided at the time I set the appointment.

They were Rude and made me feel uncomfortabe. Claim to have done a tire rotation last time I was in for an oil change & said tires were great! Now somehow 5k miles later they are so bad I'm in the red? Were they actually checked last time? If you're not checking those when you say you are, what else are you not doing that you say you are?
Love the 26 Jeep except the steel hood which should be aluminum. Great dealership.
They were easy to work with and quick to get my vehicle in to get it repaired. Believe it or not most of the items were actually covered under the warranty! Super pleased about that since one part was over a thousand dollars. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I went to Shepherd's first. Talked to them. They gave me all the info I wanted/needed. I told them I was shopping around and they even gave me some advice on how to approach things. I ended up going to a dealer for the people. Yeah, that was a bust. I should have never even left Shepherd's. I came back and they had better terms as well. I walked out approved, with a very feasible down payment.

Thanks Dealership awesome, ram warranty needs improvement, warranty called 12.54pm said part will shipping will take 1-4 business days. That same afternoon at 4 pm Dealership called said truck done.

I would give a 3, engine oil was spilled down one side of the engine down onto the exhaust ( which wife Could smell burning oil all the way home) and not all the screws that hold down the air cleaner box lid was tightened down.

Set up an appointment with Chris for a routine oil change after a cross-country RV trip from Colorado Springs with my 2012 Ram 3500. The oil and filter were changed, fuel filter changed, tires rotated and balanced, chassis greased, and a full multi-point inspection accomplished. Excellent work!

I had not purchased vehicle through them but the dealer I did purchase through did not want to hand repairs as they were not Jeep dealership. Called Shepards and they were so helpful. They took the time to listen to me. Got it right in. All things were addressed and even saved me money but getting things covered under extended warranty! It was so nice not having to make multiple phone calls and try to figure it out on my own.
